12 April 16 Summit Island Peak(6189m) and back to High Camp
13 April 17 Descend to Chukhung 
14 April 18 Trek to Lobuche via Kongma La Pass
15 April 19 Trek to Everest Base Camp
16 April 20 Trek to Lobuche
17 April 21 Trek to Pangboche
18 April 22 Trek to Namche
19 April 23 Trek to Lukla
20 April 24 Flight to Kathmandu & transfer to hotel.

* Note: The above itinerary is not a fixed programme but it is intended to give an indication of the likely events during the expedition.

Includes / Excludes

Peak Cimbing services include:

  • All arrival and departure transfer services 
  • 4 nights accommodations at 4/5 Star hotels in Kathmandu on bed & breakfast basis
  • Necessary staffs including experienced guides, cook, kitchen staffs and porters during the trekking and climbing.
  • Flight Tickets for Kathmandu-Lukla-Kathmandu sector to all climbing member and Staff.
  • All trekking and camping equipments like camp furniture, kitchenware, dining tents, guest  tents, etc.
  • 3 meals a day (Breakfasts, Lunch and Dinners with tea or coffee)
  • National Park entry fee
  • Peak climbing and permit of Nepal Government to climb the summit(s)
  • Garbage Deposit
  • One Experienced Government Licensed Liaison officer
  • All salary, equipment, Air ticket from Kathmandu-Lukla-Kathmandu, food and allowances of Liaison Officer
  • Experienced Climbing Sherpa for summit push (ratio depends on group size)
  • All the salary, equipment charge Air ticket food of the Sherpa’s and other staffs
  • All wages, equipment, medical and accidental Insurances for all involved staffs in trekking and expedition
  • First aid medical kits for the group and the staff
  • Satellite phone carrying by guide for communication and available for members with the pay service
  • Our service charge and government taxes levied in Nepal
  • 1 company duffle bag

  • Peak Climbing Services do not include:
  • Tips for staff
  • Personal climbing gear
  • Travel to/from Kathmandu
  • Nepal custom duty for the import of expedition gear into Nepal (if any)
  • Search and rescue helicopter
  • Helicopter flights in Nepal that the Member would wish to book
  • Visa fees
  • Overseas airports taxes not paid in advance through the international airline ticket
  • Any costs associated with you leaving the climb or trek early or spending additional nights in the valley in lodges, whilst the expedition is resident in base camp
  • Any costs associated with arriving back in Kathmandu early, for example, having climbed the mountain ahead of schedule
  • Bar bills and laundry
  • Travel, emergency evacuation and medical insurance insurances valid for mountaineering activities and Nepal
  • Lunch and evening meals in Kathmandu
  • Optional trips and sightseeing tours
